Designer Pamella Roland drew inspiration for her Spring/Summer 2015 collection from her travels to Japan. The designer captured the spirit of Zen Gardens of Kyoto and the beauty of Cherry Blossom trees in bloom.
The Collection…
The sleek and clean silhouettes in Roland’s SS 2015 collection were the perfect canvas to showcase the exquisite fabrics and intricate details. Model’s with simple ponytails and hints red and pink make-up embodied the allure and mystique of the Geisha.
Color & Details…
The collection opened with neutral separates for day in cream, ivory, and taupe. Special occasion cocktail dresses and evening gowns in luxurious fabrics like organza, silk georgette, and lace dominated the collection. Printed fabrics and beaded accents with Cherry Blossoms and Bonsai were a recurring motif throughout the collection.
